2 oranges, 2 green onions, sesame oil, pepper, salt

whole fennel bulb, shaved
one cup chopped fronds
2-3 oranges, chopped (blood or other)
2 scallions slices diagonally
cup Romano, shaved
toss with vinaigrette
(equal parts sesame oil & cider vinegar, salt & pepper)
