1 ounce dried wild mushrooms
1 cup boring water
3 tablespoons veggie oil
3 pounds lamb in 2-inch cubes
Salt
1 large leek
Some carrots
8 ounces chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon of oregano
2 teaspoons of sumac
1 cup veggie stock
