- Bring to boil 8oz med egg noodles – drain
- Add 1 can Cr of Chicken soup or Cr. of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c milk
- Microwave 1/8 c chopped onions and 2 large chopped carrots in 1/4 c butter
- 1 can drained tuna
- salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients together – Place in casserole dish
- Top with crushed cornflakes
Bake @350 for 45 minutes
